Group Fitness Classes
Group Fitness Classes are the most fun way to get in shape, especially at Evolution Fitness. Through our classes we can help you reach any health and fitness goal: losing weight, building muscle, changing body composition, and sports performance. Each class is designed for all abilities to participate and be challenged. No matter how long you’ve been working out or if it is your first time, the class will work for you. Each exercise can be modified to accommodate someone who needs it a little easier or who wants more of a challenge.
Classes are designed for cardio and strength-based training, but depending on the title of the class the workout will be more specific. You will work every muscle in your body in each class. With lots of equipment to choose from, such as dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, sleds, and tires, the classes are always different and you will constantly be challenged in countless ways. The variety of movements and training styles will lead to a variety of health benefits: weight loss, strength gains, muscle toning, and improved cardiac health.
The environment of our classes cannot be duplicated anywhere else. The high-energy, high-intensity atmosphere will push you to work as hard as you can each time you come to the gym. Not only will the trainer be there to motivate you, but everyone else working out alongside you will encourage you to work.
