Burn Fat with H.I.I.T

What is Tabata?

Training invented Tokyo, it is proven to positively affect both your aerobic (cardio) and anaerobic (muscle) systems because it’s a short powerful workout that is incredibly effective if you stick to it.


Who could this benefit?

Anyone! It even fits a busy lifestyle, like moms and dads, because your workouts are short and effective. It’s also an efficient way to burn fat – especially if you are sitting in an office all day for 40 hours a week.


How does it work?

Short intervals of workouts followed by even shorter breaks in between. Sounds easier than it is, though! It can get tiring fast, but it also gets results!


Try this workout. You got this, champ!

Perform each exercise for 20 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest – repeat 8 times.
