Johnathan Souders is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer. Johnathan like to train using a mix of different training methods and write up personalized fitness programs based on my clients fitness goals. Johnathan has multiple specialty certifications in Functional Training and Sport Strength and Conditioning. Johnathan love working with all types of people but being an athlete all of my life, especially love bringing young athletes to the next level or even a previous athlete back to their former glory.
Shirley is an expert in molding a healthy and physically active lifestyle for individuals, groups & corporate teams. Passionate about the well-being of the whole person, and knowledgeable about how to motivate & inspire people of different backgrounds, she is the one experts themselves call upon when they need assistance
I have been going to Evolution Fitness for almost six years. During this time I lost 22 pounds, gained muscle tone and have dramatically increased my Level of fitness. The quality of the workouts are always challenging,heart pumping and never a dull minute,the trainers are highly qualified and right there encouraging you and always making sure you are using the correct form..Everyone that goes there are so kind and the whole atmosphere makes you feel like you have a huge,amazing family cheering you on!!Try there free classes and you will NEVER want to leave!! I love the personal session and the group sessions,I just can't get enough!!! I truly can't say enough amazing things about Evolution Fitness!!!

You will find everything you need at this gym. Separate room, tons of machines, free weight area and a large cardio section. The owner and the staff are the best!
